Job Description

The ERP & PMS Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing enterprise resource planning (ERP) and property management systems (PMS) to ensure operational efficiency within an organization. This role requires a deep understanding of both ERP and PMS platforms and their integration to streamline operations, improve productivity, and support business growth. The specialist will be responsible for system administration, troubleshooting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that meet business needs. This position demands excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to adapt to rapid technological changes and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The ERP & PMS Operations Specialist will also provide training to staff and ensure that all systems operate seamlessly, maintaining their integrity and security.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations and functionality of ERP and PMS platforms.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to optimize system performance and integration.
  • Develop and implement system enhancements and upgrades as required.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for ERP and PMS-related issues and inquiries.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and security compliance.
  • Coordinate with vendors for system updates and technical support services.
  • Train end-users on ERP and PMS functionalities and best practices.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system processes and changes.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to streamline business operations and processes.
  • Monitor system usage and performance and report any anomalies to management.
  • Assist in the development of strategic plans and objectives for ERP and PMS systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience with ERP and PMS systems in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in system troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and support users effectively.
  • Experience in conducting system audits and ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of current technological trends and practices in ERP and PMS solutions.
