Job Description

As a Sales Promoter, you will play a pivotal role in increasing brand awareness and driving product sales within a market. Your enthusiasm and ability to communicate effectively will be crucial in capturing customer interest and demonstrating product features. You will work in close collaboration with store managers and the sales department to strategize promotional campaigns and ensure that they meet sales targets. Being the face of the brand, you will engage with customers, ensuring they have an outstanding purchase experience. Your goal will be to boost the company's sales by introducing relevant products to potential customers and building strong, lasting relationships.


Responsibilities

  • Generate leads by proactively engaging with potential customers in designated areas.
  • Demonstrate product features effectively to stimulate customers' buying intentions.
  • Analyze customer feedback to improve sales strategies and product offerings.
  • Organize and participate in promotional events and trade shows.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales departments to align promotional strategies.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of product information and sales processes.
  • Provide exemplary customer service and answer any customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Monitor and report on competitors' activities and provide insightful recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Track sales and undertake all necessary follow-ups to meet sales objectives.
  • Craft and distribute promotional materials to enhance sales efforts.
  • Work closely with the merchandising team to ensure product availability and visibility.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Promoter or in a similar sales role.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Willingness to learn about products and sales techniques quickly.
  • Ability to understand customer data and create effective sales strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
  • High school diploma or degree in marketing, business administration, or relevant field.
