As a CCTV Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and surveillance systems of our organization are effectively installed, maintained, and monitored. Your expertise in closed-circuit television systems will be pivotal in safeguarding premises, assets, and personnel. You will be responsible for both hands-on technical work and providing insights for system improvements. Responsibilities

• Install and configure CCTV systems across various locations with precision and attention to detail.
• Perform regular maintenance checks on all security equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues with CCTV systems and provide swift resolutions.
• Collaborate with security personnel to ensure CCTV systems meet all security requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities for future reference.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on the effective use of security systems and protocols.
• Stay informed of industry trends to recommend system upgrades or technology adoption.
• Ensure all installations comply with company and legal guidelines for safety and privacy.
• Monitor CCTV feeds regularly and report any suspicious activities to the security team.
• Assist in the planning and execution of new surveillance projects and initiatives.
• Provide technical support and assistance to other team members as needed.
• Maintain inventory of all related equipment and tools necessary for daily operations.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent; technical training in electronics is a plus.
• Proven experience as a CCTV technician or in a related field preferred.
• Familiarity with various types of CCTV systems and relevant software tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with teams and training personnel.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel to different job sites as needed.
