Citrix Engineer US IT Services WFH

Work Hours: Monday - Friday (10pm - 7am)

Salary: Php100,000 - Php120,000 monthly package

What are we looking for?

• At least 5+ years of relevant experience
• Extensive hands-on experience with Citrix VDI, including deployment, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS) and Machine Creation Services (MCS) for virtual desktop delivery.
• Strong knowledge of Citrix HDX Technology, ICA Protocol, and Virtual Delivery Agents (VDA).
• Experience with Citrix StoreFront, Workspace, and Delivery Controllers.
• Knowledge of security configurations and access control in Citrix environments.
• Familiarity with multi-cloud and hybrid Citrix deployments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in maintaining virtual desktop performance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for remote collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant Citrix certifications (e.g., Citrix Certified Professional) are a plus.

What will you do?

• Design, implement, and maintain Citrix VDI solutions to support enterprise operations.
• Manage and optimize Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS) and Machine Creation Services (MCS) for efficient desktop delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to virtual desktops, application publishing, user access, and ICA Protocol performance.
• Optimize Citrix HDX Technology for improved multimedia performance and bandwidth efficiency.
• Administer Citrix Delivery Controllers for session management and load balancing.
• Configure and maintain Virtual Delivery Agents (VDA) for seamless desktop and application delivery.
• Oversee Citrix StoreFront and Workspace portals for user authentication and access control.
• Monitor infrastructure performance using Citrix Director and apply analytics-driven optimizations.
• Implement security measures within Citrix DaaS to ensure compliance and secure remote access.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Citrix solutions with broader network and cloud systems.
• Provide technical support, documentation, and best practices for Citrix VDI management.
