Job Description

The Business Development Manager plays a critical role in driving the growth and success of a company. As a pivotal bridge between the company and its potential clients, the Business Development Manager is responsible for developing long-term organizational strategic goals, building key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions. They are tasked with finding new customers, presenting to them, ultimately converting them into clients, and continuing to grow business in the future. Accomplished through collaborative work across departments, a Business Development Manager must strategically align business objectives with sales efforts to foster partnerships and achieve revenue goals. This role requires someone with a keen understanding of market dynamics, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to forge strong partnerships to drive business success.


Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in business development or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills to close deals effectively.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Strong strategic planning and organizational skills for business initiatives.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
