As an Assistant Manager – Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR department to enhance the overall employee experience and ensure smooth HR operations. Working closely with the HR Manager, you will execute HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that align with the company's objectives and foster a diverse and high-performing workforce. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes to ensure a seamless applicant experience.
  • Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation programs effectively.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and strategies.
  • Support the performance management process, including evaluations and feedback.
  • Manage employee engagement programs to enhance organizational culture and morale.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies at all times.
  • Address employee queries and concerns regarding HR policies and programs.
  • Initiate and manage employee training and professional development activities.
  • Assist in payroll administration and ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Run and analyze HR metrics to inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Support the HR Manager in strategic planning and execution of HR initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • A minimum of three years' professional experience in human resources management.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices in the industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and systems for efficient processes.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions.
