Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management, with proven leadership abilities.
  • Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and customer behavior.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team effectively.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong professional relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
