Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to determine architectural and interior design project goals.
• Develop detailed design plans, layouts, and specifications for spaces.
• Conduct site assessments and oversee the environmental impact of design plans.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and construction teams during project execution.
• Create and present project proposals and design samples to clients for approval.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture and interior design.
• Strong proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) and design software tools.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainable practices.
