Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team and support our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing schedules, and ensuring the smooth running of the office. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently. As an integral part of our team, you will be expected to handle a variety of tasks ranging from maintaining office supplies to preparing reports and correspondences. Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, coordinating meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and reports.
  • Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and routine correspondence.
  • Maintain and update filing systems and contact databases regularly.
  • Coordinate with IT support to ensure office equipment is properly maintained and operational.
  • Assist in planning and executing company events and meetings as required.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external clients and visitors.
  • Support the HR department in recruitment, onboarding, and other HR-related tasks.
  • Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, and mailing.
  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports and basic bookkeeping tasks.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Professional demeanor with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an office assistant are advantageous.
