Area Manager

Qualifications

1. College graduate in Business Management or a related field.

2. Minimum 2 years of QSR Area/Multi-Unit Manager experience.

3. Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.

4. Age 42 years or below.

5. Physically fit for combined indoor and outdoor work.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct daily store inspections for food, service, and cleanliness compliance.

• Inspect equipment daily, including outdoor and remote units.

• Lead daily PEP talks and coach employees, including managers and team members.

• Report daily sales performance and cost of goods to the Operations Manager.

• Evaluate daily business opportunities such as Grab & Go and catering.

• Provide store support during rush hours.

• Monitor Key Performance Indicators daily.

• Conduct spot checks and cash audits.

• Conduct weekly business reviews with Store Managers and stock inventories with Store Stock Supervisors.

• Perform weekly in-store evaluations.

• Conduct monthly inventory, business, marketing, and manpower reviews with respective managers.

• Lead monthly store general meetings and review sessions with vendors, contractors, and brand officials.

• Coach managers monthly on growth mindset and performance improvement.
