Cost Accountant

Company: Eazy Pack (Umm Al Quwain, UAE)

A growing packaging manufacturer providing cost-effective packaging solutions across regional and international markets.

Role: Junior Cost Accountant (Full-Time, On-Site)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in tracking and recording daily production costs, raw materials, and overheads.

• Prepare routine journal entries and assist in general ledger maintenance.

• Support the finance team with account reconciliations and month-end closing tasks.

• Help analyze basic cost variances between actual spend and budget.

• Generate simple cost reports and financial summaries using MS Excel.

• Work closely with production and procurement teams to organize inventory and cost data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent degree in Accounting/Finance (Fresh graduates welcome).

• Foundational understanding of basic accounting principles, journal entries, and cost tracking.

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and computer literacy; experience with basic accounting software is a plus.

• Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.

• Ability to work full-time on-site in Umm Al Quwain.
