Bakery Helper

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Bakery Helper to assist in daily bakery operations. The role involves supporting bakers in preparing ingredients, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth production and packaging of bakery products. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Assist bakers in preparing dough, mixing ingredients, and shaping products
• Support in baking processes (loading/unloading ovens under supervision)
• Perform packing, labeling, and storing finished goods
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, tools, and equipment
• Handle raw material movement (flour, sugar, trays, etc.)
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Assist in inventory handling and stock arrangement
• Work efficiently during high production periods
• Dispose of waste properly and maintain organized work areas

👤 Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in a bakery or food production (preferred but not mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
• Ability to work in shift schedules (early morning/night)
• Basic communication skills (English or Arabic)
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Immediate joiners preferred
