Assistant Accountant

A factory in the industrial area / Umm Al Quwain needs an accountant with one to two years’ experience

Duties and responsibilities of an accountant

The accountant performs the following tasks, responsibilities and job duties: -

- Documenting financial transactions, records, and buying and selling operations

- Preparing the necessary reports, lists, financial tables, and accounting books on a regular basis

– Maintain backup copies of financial records

- Preparing the trial balance every month

- Preparing and supervising accounting books

- Providing financial information to relevant officials

- Proposing financial measures to be taken

- Monitor inventory and inventory periodically.

- Analyzing and summarizing the company’s current financial situation by collecting data and information and preparing budgets, income statements, profit and loss reports, revenues, expenses, and all other reports.

- Maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of financial information

- Supervision of documents and securities

- Entering data and information into computer systems, such as invoices, financial documents, restrictions, exchange orders, and all different accounts

- Scheduling, recording, posting, summarizing, writing, arranging and organizing financial transactions in a way that system users can understand and deal with.

Salary 3k & yearly Benefits

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to AED 2,200.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Umm al-Quwain City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
