Role Purpose

Passionate about fitness and member engagement? Join our team as a Fitness Instructor and become the face of the gym floor, creating exceptional experiences that inspire members to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage, motivate, and support members on the gym floor and cardio area.
• Provide exercise guidance, technique correction, and fitness advice.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized training environment.
• Educate members on equipment usage and gym etiquette.
• Monitor facility standards and report maintenance requirements.
• Build strong member relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  
  

• 2+ years of fitness industry experience.
• REPs Level 3 or equivalent fitness certification.
• Strong knowledge of exercise science and training principles.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Passion for helping members succeed in their fitness journey.
