Warehouse Executive

United Diesel is specialized in commercial vehicles and is the authorized distributor of Renault Trucks, Tata Motor, Buses and Trucks. It offers complete after Sales Services and provides innovative transport solutions.

Job Purpose

To manage day-to-day warehouse operations efficiently, ensuring smooth logistics between branches, proper material storage and movement, timely local purchasing, and effective coordination of drivers, packing, shipping, and export processes.

Job Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations Management

• Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of materials across warehouse locations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and system updates.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational compliance of the warehouse.
  
  

Logistics Between Branches

• Plan and coordinate the timely movement of parts and materials between branches.
• Monitor vehicle availability and route optimization to ensure efficiency.
• Adjusting Locations & Inventory Control
• Continuously review and adjust storage locations to maximize space utilization and improve picking efficiency.
• Assist in maintaining accurate bin locations and warehouse layout plans.
  
  

Local Purchasing

• Source and procure locally available items as per operational needs and company policies.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery and quality checks.
  
  

Drivers Management

• Schedule and supervise drivers for inter-branch transfers and customer deliveries.
• Ensure drivers follow all safety and company regulations.
  
  

Packing and Shipping

• Oversee packing operations to ensure goods are protected and labeled accurately.
• Arrange and supervise timely shipments to branches, customers, and export destinations.
  
  

Export Coordination

• Prepare necessary documentation for export shipments.
• Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth export processes.
  
  

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
  
  

Experience

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations in Commercial Vehicles
  
  

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of procurement and export documentation
• Leadership skills to manage drivers and warehouse staff
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• UAE Driving license is a plus
