A Waiter/Waitress is an integral part of the hospitality industry, playing a crucial role in providing guests with an exceptional dining experience. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery.
  • Assist in stocking and maintaining inventory of restaurant supplies.
  • Adhere to all safety and health regulations within the dining environment.
  • Build positive and professional relationships with all customers and team members.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and effective listening capabilities.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Proficiency in using point of sale systems and ordering platforms.
  • Basic math skills for processing transactions and bill splitting.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and carry trays of food or beverages.
  • Professional appearance and conduct reflecting the restaurant's standards.
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational background preferred.
