The Van Sales cum Merchandiser plays a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring optimal product visibility in various retail outlets. This position requires an individual with a strong sales acumen and the ability to maintain excellent relationships with customers. The role involves traveling to different locations, managing relationships with store personnel, and ensuring our products are displayed prominently and are well-stocked. Responsibilities

• Drive a van to transport and deliver products to various retail stores.
• Ensure that products are displayed prominently and are fully stocked on shelves.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff.
• Execute promotional plans and maximize product visibility in stores.
• Track and achieve sales targets set by the company regularly.
• Gather and report on competitor activities and market feedback to the sales team.
• Maintain inventory and manage orders to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
• Ensure the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction at all times.
• Prepare sales and inventory reports and submit them on time for review.
• Assist in planning and executing new product launches and in-store promotions.
• Keep the van in excellent condition by performing routine checks and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with company's policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is preferred.
• Proven experience as a sales representative or merchandiser in retail.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client relationships.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift and carry products and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Flexibility to work in various locations and accommodate work schedule changes.
