UX/UI Designer 26J25

We are seeking a talented and creative UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating seamless and delightful user experiences. As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for designing and enhancing visually appealing interfaces that are user-friendly and engaging. Your role will involve close collaboration with product managers, developers, and other designers to translate user requirements into intuitive and functional designs. Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to understand target audience needs and preferences.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate with product managers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction.
• Design user interface elements such as menus, tabs, widgets, and other interactive components.
• Ensure all designs adhere to established brand guidelines and maintain design consistency.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and enhance the user interface.
• Work closely with the developers to understand technical constraints and deliver feasible design solutions.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design and digital interfaces.
• Present and defend design decisions and rationale to stakeholders during meetings.
• Conduct usability testing to identify and solve UX issues and ensure user satisfaction.
• Create and maintain detailed design specifications and documentation for developers to use.
• Iterate on design concepts based on user feedback and performance data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or in a similar role with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate design ideas effectively.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus, but not required.
