UI/UX Designer (225-915)

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for delivering the best user experience, which makes your role extremely important for our success and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be designing ideas using various methods and latest technology, designing graphic user interfaces elements like menus, tabs, forms, and widgets. Collaborating with product managers and engineers, you will pursue a blend of functional design and aesthetics to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. An ideal candidate is detail-oriented, innovative, and capable of working within a fast-paced technology company environment while maintaining high design standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
• Produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, and site maps.
• Design UI elements such as input controls, navigational components, and informational components.
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables) for digital platforms.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems, aiming for the most user-friendly experience.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure proper implementation and design adaptation.
• Develop visually appealing designs that are functional and easy to navigate.
• Adjust and optimize designs based on user feedback and usability testing results.
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback and adhere to branding style guides.
• Stay up-to-date with current industry trends and methodologies for UI/UX design.
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers and stakeholders effectively.
• Conduct workshops and user testing sessions to gather design-related feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role within a technical environment.
• Portfolio showcasing excellent design abilities, especially in web and mobile designs.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, and Figma.
• Solid experience in creating storyboards, user flows, process flows, and wireframes.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate and negotiate design principles.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for design feasibility and implementation communication.
• A creative mind with a focused attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
