We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing innovative products and engaging user experiences. You should have a strong understanding of design principles, proficiency in relevant design software, and possess a user-centered design approach. Your role will include translating concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences. This role requires you to understand both qualitative and quantitative research data to help create visually appealing and user-friendly digital products. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that the final products not only function seamlessly but also provide an outstanding user experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Execute visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering teams.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance user experiences.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards for consistency and efficiency.
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions that improve the user experience.
• Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
• Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure innovation.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and developing their skills.
• Participate in the creation of design documentation to streamline design processes.
• Analyze user feedback and activity, and iteratively improve the design for better user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio of product design work.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Experience conducting user research and translating insights into design improvements.
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to present complex information clearly.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively while working within deadlines.
