Role Purpose

Operate tower cranes safely and efficiently to support lifting and material-handling activities in accordance with approved lifting plans and site procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily tower crane inspections.
• Operate the tower crane within rated capacity and approved operating limits.
• Follow lifting plans, signals and communication protocols.
• Maintain clear communication with riggers and lifting supervisors
• Report breakdowns, unsafe conditions, and incidents immediately.
• Ensure that tower crane will be in safe parking mode during out of service condition.
• Maintain safe working practices and comply with site HSE requirements.
  
  

Experience

3+ years of tower crane operating experience; valid operator certification/licence as applicable; UAE construction experience preferred.
