Job Description

As an Arabic Speaking Telesales Agent, you will play a crucial role in our sales team's ability to reach out to potential clients and customers in the Arabic-speaking market. Your primary responsibility will be to handle outbound calls to prospects and provide them with information about our products and services, aiming to convert these leads into sales. Your fluency in Arabic, combined with your sales acumen, will allow you to connect with customers, understand their needs, and deliver exceptional service. Working as part of a dynamic and collaborative team, you will need to be motivated, results-oriented, and able to handle rejections positively. Your contribution will support the organization’s growth by expanding our customer base within Arabic-speaking regions and boosting sales revenue.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct outgoing calls to potential clients across Arabic-speaking regions efficiently.
  • Clearly present and promote the company’s products and services to prospective clients.
  • Identify customer needs and tailor presentations to address those specific needs.
  • Maintain a robust database of clients, ensuring precise and updated information.
  • Follow up with potential clients and handle objections to secure sales commitments.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and targets consistently.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and practices.
  • Utilize CRM software to track and manage customer interactions and sales leads.
  • Provide feedback to management on trends, customer needs, and potential areas for growth.
  • Stay informed about product developments and market conditions to enhance sales approaches.
  • Work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones as necessary.
  • Attend ongoing training sessions to upgrade product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements

  • Fluent in spoken and written Arabic as well as English communication skills.
  • Proven experience in telesales or similar customer-focused roles is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage potential customers.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment to meet targets.
  • Strong team collaboration skills while maintaining individual accountability.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools effectively.
  • Resilient, self-motivated with a positive attitude towards learning and growth.
