Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Arabic Speaking Telesales Agent to join our vibrant sales team. As a Telesales Agent, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our customer base through effective communication and negotiation. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering viable solutions that meet their requirements. This role presents an exciting opportunity to utilize your language skills and sales expertise to contribute to the success and growth of our organization. Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products and services.
  • Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate products to meet their requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their inquiries are addressed and sales are closed.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics consistently.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of client information and interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and approaches.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer needs and competitive activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Handle customer objections efficiently by providing accurate product information.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress and share best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all contact with clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both spoken and written Arabic and English languages.
  • Proven experience in telemarketing or similar sales/customer service roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and telephone systems for effective communications.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
