Job Description
Job Purpose
Supports in managing and validating aircraft configuration and modification records to ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements. Supports teams in maintaining configuration integrity, sustaining airworthiness, and enabling cost-effective fleet operations. Serve as a liaison between internal departments and external providers in matters related to aircraft inductions and Management Information System (MIS) projects, ensures effective coordination and successful project delivery.
Key Result Responsibilities
Assists in evaluating ADs, SBs, Modifications, STCs, including compliance tracking and updating AMOS records.
Supports development of work scopes for fleet modifications, repairs, and engineering projects.
Assists in ensuring timely incorporation of approved recommendations and ADs into the AMP.
Supports aircraft configuration and modification record management—ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory and manufacturer requirements.
Help prepare agendas, coordinate stakeholders, and document outcomes for weekly AD/OD Airworthiness Directives & Operational Directives meetings and quarterly Modification Committee meetings.
Tracks and monitors mandatory and non‑mandatory directives to ensure timely and compliant implementation.
Reviews bi-weekly AD reports from authorities; assess applicability, impact, and support engineering teams to meet compliance deadlines.
Acts as a technical interface with the Aircraft Acquisition team and Lessors for configuration evaluations and modification requirements.
Assists in reviewing and validating engineering requirements for leased aircraft, identifying gaps or risks in configuration compliance.
Coordinates technical documentation for leased aircraft induction to ensure accurate configuration and smooth entry into service.
Supports Engineering’s coordination with MIS/AMOS teams on configuration management modules, enhancements, and system data integrity.
Qualifications (Academic, Training, Languages)
Bachelor's degree in Aircraft Engineering or equivalent.
Strong Knowledge of Airbus Single Aisle' 320 aircraft systems is desirable.
Fluent in English Language.
Hands-on aircrafts airworthiness programs requirements and regulations, such as CAMO (Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization) is required.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Experienced in Aircraft Maintenance Control Systems (AMOS) system
Work Experience
LAE experience with 5+ years’ of collective experience in the Aviation industry.
On the Job Training (OJT) or post university time spent at an Airline company as a Trainee or in a similar capacity shall be counted for as part of the experience.
Experience and knowledge of reviewing AD & SB.
Experience and knowledge of GCAA, EASA part M&145, part 21 regulations.
Proven previous experience in AC Induction Process.
