The successful candidate will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support operational excellence, safety, project delivery, and business performance within a dynamic and highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Support daily operations, maintenance, engineering, or project activities within oil and gas facilities.
Monitor operational performance and contribute to the safe and efficient execution of work.
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing projects, shutdowns, and maintenance activities.
Prepare technical reports, presentations, documentation, and operational updates.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with internal departments, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and HSE standards.
Contribute to risk assessments, audits, inspections, and safety programs.
Analyze operational and performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Participate in training, development programs, and knowledge-sharing activities.
Support sustainability and innovation initiatives across the business.
