Job Purpose
Is instrumental in developing and executing sophisticated employer branding strategies to attract top talent and enhance employee engagement.
This role involves creating compelling content, conducting in-depth market research, collaborating closely with HR and recruitment teams, and managing the companys online presence to showcase Arabias culture and values. The specialist will leverage advanced digital marketing techniques and innovative branding tools to position the company as an employer of choice.
