The Store Manager position we are hiring for is a vital role responsible for managing the overall operations of our retail location. The Store Manager will also be responsible for maintaining store standards, controlling expenses, and implementing policies and procedures that align with the company's objectives. This individual will serve as a brand ambassador and work professionally with customers and staff, ensuring that every interaction increases customer satisfaction and loyalty to the brand.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all store operations and staff activities daily.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability goals.
• Ensure exceptional customer service is maintained by all team members.
• Recruit, train, and develop store employees to their highest potential.
• Analyze sales figures, reports, and customer feedback to recommend improvements.
• Maintain optimal stock levels through effective inventory management and ordering.

• Prepare and monitor store budget and ensure financial objectives are met.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures within the store.
• Organize and oversee promotional campaigns and in-store displays.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and safe for both customers and employees.
• Conduct regular meetings with store staff to discuss performance and goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar managerial role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills to direct and motivate staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
• Solid understanding of financial performance metrics and inventory management.
• Ability to analyze data and convert insights into actionable strategies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software applications.
• Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
