Job Description

The Store Manager is a pivotal role responsible for the overall management of a retail location. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success.
  • Sound financial acumen with experience in managing and analyzing budgets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with staff and customers.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations calmly.
  • Knowledge of retail management best practices and industry trends is beneficial.
