  • Ensure adherence to company policies in all vendor interactions and agreements.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members in vendor operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Five or more years of experience in vendor management or a similar role.
  • Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess vendor performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for successful collaboration.
  • Proficiency in vendor management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
