Job Description
Ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications through rigorous testing. Identifying and reporting defects, and working closely with developers to resolve issues.
Responsibilities
- Creating test plans and test cases based on software requirements.
- Executing functional, regression, and performance tests.
- Identifying and documenting software defects and issues.
- Collaborating with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.
- Performing test automation and scripting.
- Conducting usability testing and gathering user feedback.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality.
- Participating in code reviews and providing feedback.
- Staying updated with latest testing tools and methodologies.
- Documenting test results and preparing test reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools.
- Experience with test automation frameworks.
- Understanding of software development life cycle.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
