Site Supervisor - Joinery

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Joinery Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in construction projects (new developments and refurbishments), leadership skills, and the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. The Joinery Site Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
  
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and factory managers to resolve any issues or changes in project scope.
  
• Maintain project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
  
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations on site.
  
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  
• Provide training and support to junior staff and new hires.
  
  
  
  

• Proven experience as an Joinery Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
  
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and installation requirements.
  
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Ability to read technical drawings and highlight any discrepancies.
  
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  
• Ability to adapt to new processes and reporting tools.
  
• Valid driver’s license
