The role of a Site Foreman is crucial in the successful execution of construction projects. Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily construction activities to ensure timely project completion.
• Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to align on project deliverables.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with the approved plans and specifications.
• Inspect work progress, verify plan adherence, and enforce quality control measures.
• Monitor site safety to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
• Liaise continuously with building inspectors and other regulatory bodies as required.
• Oversee inventory management and the ordering of necessary supplies and equipment.
• Develop and implement solutions promptly to resolve unexpected site complications.
• Train, coach, and mentor construction staff to enhance productivity and skills.
• Maintain comprehensive records of daily progress and site activities for reporting.
• Facilitate clear and effective communication among all site personnel and stakeholders.
• Organize site operations to optimize workflows and contribute to overall project success.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction management or as a site foreman.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Demonstrated ability in leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities to address site issues.
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements on construction sites.
• Proficiency with construction management software and standard office applications.
• Possession of a valid driving license and knowledge of site management protocols.
