We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of systems configurations and processes.

• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve operational efficiency and innovation.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and IT staff.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure optimal delivery and support of third-party services.
• Contribute to disaster recovery and business continuity planning efforts.
• Engage in capacity planning to ensure the infrastructure supports future growth and demand.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems engineering or a similar role.
• Proficiency in system architectures, cloud computing, and virtualization technologies.
• Experience with server management, networking, and large-scale data systems.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to address complex technical challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Certification in relevant technologies or methodologies (e.g., AWS, Cisco) is preferred.
