Job Description

As a Senior Sales Associate, you are a key player in driving the growth and success of our organization. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, leveraging your expertise to understand their needs and delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet organizational goals.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing and potential clients across industries.
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into successful sales.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales associates, ensuring their professional growth.
  • Analyze market trends and competition to identify potential opportunities and threats.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders, showcasing our products or services.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to deliver customized solutions for clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing with potential and existing customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client information in CRM systems.
  • Report regularly on sales progress, challenges, and forecasting to sales management.
  • Work closely with product development teams to provide feedback and drive product improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a sales role, preferably B2B.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies accordingly.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with a talent for closing deals.
  • Experience using CRM software to manage customer information and sales activities.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a dedicated team.
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail in sales processes.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
