As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a critical role in our talent acquisition team by leading recruitment strategies, building relationships with clients, and ensuring the successful placement of top talent. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client companies and candidates.
  • Conduct detailed job interviews and screenings to evaluate candidate competencies.
  • Negotiate employment offers and terms with potential candidates and employers.
  • Mentor and guide junior consultants to ensure professional development.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations during recruitment processes.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed reports on recruitment metrics to senior management.
  • Stay informed on market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Utilize various platforms and networks to source active and passive candidates.
  • Coordinate with human resource teams to streamline the onboarding process.
  • Manage recruitment projects and timelines efficiently to meet client deadlines.
  • Deliver exceptional client and candidate experiences throughout the recruitment cycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of five years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
  • Proven success in placing candidates across different industries and functions.
  • Strong relationship-building and client management skills are essential.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on creating mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and deliver actionable insights.
  • Proficiency with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Outstanding communication skills and attention to detail are required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
  • Current knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations is a plus.
