Job Description

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant at our company, you will play a vital role in helping us connect top talent with exciting career opportunities. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and engaging potential candidates to negotiating job offers and onboarding new hires. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding candidates.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates using a variety of methods and tools.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Negotiate employment offers and facilitate the candidate onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create effective recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions affecting recruitment.
  • Assist in the development of recruitment marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruitment staff members.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Monitor and measure recruitment metrics to evaluate the success of sourcing strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a recruitment consultant or similar role for several years.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and best practices in recruiting.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with various sourcing and recruiting tools, including ATS software.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships.
