The Senior Project Engineer is a critical role within our engineering team, responsible for overseeing and coordinating complex engineering projects from inception to completion. This position requires an individual with extensive experience in project management, excellent technical skills, and the ability to lead and inspire a team. The Senior Project Engineer will work closely with other engineering team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles, excellent problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Senior Project Engineer should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects ensuring adherence to project specifications and deadlines.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and define project scope.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, adjusting plans and resources as needed to meet objectives.
• Ensure all engineering and project documentation is completed accurately and timely.
• Contribute to risk management processes and implement mitigation strategies effectively.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance as required.
• Conduct technical evaluations and assessments to improve project efficiencies.
• Facilitate regular project meetings to communicate updates and discuss challenges.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

• Analyze project performance and prepare detailed project reports for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project engineering or management roles.
• Proven ability to lead and manage complex engineering projects successfully.
• Strong proficiency in project management software and engineering tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
