The Senior Operations Manager is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for overseeing the efficient functioning of all operational areas. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to meet business objectives and goals.

  • Train and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and competencies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in operations management positions.
  • Proven track record of managing large cross-functional teams successfully.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to create and manage budgets and understand financial realities.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
