Job Description

The Senior Operations Manager plays a vital role in overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the organization. This position is essential for ensuring that the company's operations run smoothly, efficiently, and align with strategic business objectives. The Senior Operations Manager is responsible for setting operational goals, monitoring key performance indicators, and implementing process improvements. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the daily operations to ensure company objectives are met.
  • Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures for efficiency.
  • Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve strategic and operational goals.
  • Monitor and analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Oversee budgetary elements of operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Implement and refine processes to enhance productivity and operational excellence.
  • Manage and mentor team members to improve skills and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Coordinate with IT, finance, and other departments to support nationwide operations.
  • Support the development and implementation of new projects and systems integration.
  • Resolve operational issues efficiently and recommend cost-effective and viable solutions.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on operational performance for upper management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or similar roles.
  • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage large teams and operations.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
  • Proven problem-solving ability and decision-making skills in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with all levels.
  • Proficiency in operations management software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
