Job Description

The Senior Operations Manager is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of daily operations to enhance productivity and efficiency within the organization. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management or related roles.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing large teams effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills to relay information across various levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic operational plans.
  • Experience with budget management and operational cost optimization.
