  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in mechanical engineering.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and best engineering practices at all times.
  • Document engineering processes and provide clear instructions for production teams.
  • Evaluate and improve product designs to enhance performance and reduce costs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in mechanical engineering roles.
  • Proven track record in leading and managing engineering projects effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of CAD software and engineering simulation tools.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred but not mandatory.
