Job Summary

Al Marwan Developments is seeking a skilled and reliable Sr. HVAC Technician (FM) with experience in residential projects. The role involves installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and compliance with technical standards. The candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to coordinate effectively with multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

The key duties and responsibilities of the Senior HVAC Technician include, but are not limited to:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential properties, including AC units, ventilation, and heating systems.
• Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC equipment to identify faults, inefficiencies, or safety hazards.
• Ensure all HVAC installations comply with technical specifications, manufacturer guidelines, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with procurement, storekeepers, and maintenance teams to confirm availability and suitability of HVAC materials and components.
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce breakdowns and extend the lifecycle of HVAC systems.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and service reports.
• Identify defective or non-conforming equipment and take corrective actions promptly.
• Assist in testing and commissioning new HVAC systems for residential projects.
• Support audits, compliance checks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Utilize computer systems for reporting, documentation, and data entry.
• Perform additional tasks as required to support HVAC operations and residential maintenance projects.
  
  

• Technical diploma or degree in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in residential HVAC installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and brands commonly used in residential projects.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Extremely honest, reliable, and able to make unbiased operational decisions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in computer usage; familiarity with maintenance management software is an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• UAE experience preferred.
