Job Description

The Senior Human Resources Executive plays a pivotal role in shaping the organizational culture and enhancing employee experiences. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in human resources management roles.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment law requirements.
  • Proven ability to lead HR initiatives that support strategic business objectives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
