The Senior Human Resources Executive plays a crucial role in shaping and nurturing the human capital of an organization. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in human resources with leadership responsibilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices in a corporate setting.
  • Proven experience in executing HR strategies that drive organizational success.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to promote effective collaboration.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems for efficient human resources management.
