The Senior Human Resources Executive is a vital role within any organization, responsible for guiding and managing the overall HR services, policies, and programs. This seasoned professional acts as a strategic partner, working closely with the leadership team to build and support a strong organizational culture that aligns with the company's goals and values. The Senior HR Executive will oversee the HR department, leading efforts in recruiting top talent, managing employee relations, implementing training programs, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's business objectives and goals.
  • Oversee the recruitment process to attract, select, and retain top talent across all departments.
  • Lead employee relations initiatives to promote a positive and collaborative workplace environment.
  • Design and execute training and development programs that enhance employee skills and growth.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations, minimizing legal risks for the organization.
  • Manage the performance management process to drive employee engagement and productivity.
  • Collaborate with leadership to cultivate and sustain a company culture aligned with core values.
  • Implement and monitor HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and improvements.
  • Provide guidance and support to management on HR issues, improving employee satisfaction.
  • Oversee the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness.
  • Foster an inclusive workplace by embracing diversity and promoting equal opportunities.
  • Lead HR projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement within the department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in human resources management is necessary.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices in the industry.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning and implementing HR initiatives at a senior level.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with a strategic and analytical mindset.
  • Experience managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training programs.
  • Certification from SHRM or similar HR professional body is highly desirable.
