The Senior Graphic Designer will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining our brand's visual identity across multiple platforms. Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and design solutions for a variety of projects.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align visual content with brand guidelines.
• Lead design projects from initiation through completion with minimal supervision.
• Mentor and provide constructive feedback to junior design team members.
• Ensure all design outputs meet high-quality standards and client requirements.

• Create original graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media.

• Present design concepts and final deliverables to stakeholders for approval.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and industry advancements.
• Organize and maintain a comprehensive library of all graphic resources.
• Facilitate workshops and design review sessions to discuss project progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or similar role required.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design capabilities and styles.
• Excellent project management skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to communicate ideas and concepts clearly to internal teams and clients.
• Exceptional creativity with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus but not mandatory for the role.
