The role of a Senior Finance Manager is crucial in ensuring the financial health and sustainability of an organization. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • At least seven years of experience in finance, including senior management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and best practices in the industry.
  • Proven ability to lead, manage, and develop a team of professionals effectively.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
