Responsibilities

• Mentor junior consultants to develop their skills and industry expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, or a related field required.
• At least five years of experience in a fashion consultancy or stylist role.
• Strong knowledge of current trends and fashion forecasting techniques.
• Proven ability to influence and negotiate with clients effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, required.
• Proficiency with design software and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
• Ability to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Previous experience managing and mentoring junior staff members beneficial.
