Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee all electrical maintenance activities within assigned facilities and projects.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure system uptime and reliability.
• Conduct detailed inspections of electrical systems, identifying areas for improvement or repair.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to complete maintenance tasks efficiently.
• Assess and procure necessary tools, equipment, and spare parts to support maintenance activities.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze failure data to recommend system upgrades or modifications for improved performance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and maintenance staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in electrical maintenance or related engineering roles.
• Proven leadership skills with experience supervising and mentoring technical teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, preventive maintenance, and safety protocols.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, including OSHA and NFPA codes.
