A Senior Beauty Advisor plays a pivotal role in the beauty and cosmetics department of a retail store, engaging with customers to provide expert advice on skincare, makeup, and beauty products. Responsibilities

  • Provide training and support to junior beauty advisors to develop their skills.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure the store's beauty section is visually appealing and displays are fully stocked.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to build trust and repeat business.
  • Stay informed on emerging beauty and skincare trends and innovations.
  • Assist in planning and executing beauty events and product launches in-store.
  • Resolve customer service issues efficiently, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with management to implement promotional strategies for beauty products.
  • Track inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to replenish stock as needed.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the store.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years experience working in beauty retail or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of cosmetics, skincare products, and current beauty trends.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on personalized advice.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse clients.
  • Experience in staff training and leadership to mentor junior team members.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required to meet customer needs.
